This unit has a special 150# rated ASME code pressurized reservoir made with the whole system running about 15 PSIG above atmospheric pressure. Everything is desgined to accomodate entrained hydrogen gas in the returning oil.

This is a special pneumatic test panel. It is used to test various functions of residential heat pumps on an assembly line. It is capable of testing two units at a time. It uses a mixture of dry air and freon at differing pressures up to 450 PSI as well as low-pressure helium at 35 PSI. It has pressure transducers and mass-flow sensors tied into a PLC with custom programming. Included are backup systems in case the automatic controls fail or one of the mass-flow sensors needs to be removed for calibration. Designed, built, and system programmed by Trola-Dyne.
